Ready to start an exercise that uses slow and gentle movements, stretches and poses to “open up” the meridians in your body? Great, my easy and gentle Tai Chi- Qi Gong class does just that. Discover how your Qi can flow easily through your whole system to nourish and rejuvenate your whole being.
When your body doesn’t move or stretch, your fascia becomes like a kitchen sponge left out to dry for days. It has no flexibility or springiness. Our Thursday class at Sun Lakes Country Club helps lengthen your fascia… release the stuck spots… and allow your tissue to “rehydrate” and start to glow again (just like a dry sponge soaking up water).
This energy practices works to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which allows you to rest and rejuvenate. It allows you to feel love, peace and calm.
