It’s never too late to make healthy changes in your life. Jackie Hatch did just that. She has lost over 95 pounds over many years of effort – eight years to be exact. It pays to never give up! Jackie, who is a nurse, lost her weight and gained her health back the right way. How? Slowly, by making good food choices and staying active. She knows that maintaining a healthy diet and having an exercise routine can have an even more noticeable impact in her general wellbeing. Often, she can be seen walking around the community. Why? Because Jackie wants to live a longer, happier, and better life. She knows it’s the most important gift she can give herself. Jackie is a winner and an inspiration!
Remember, it’s never too late to start! Take that first step by joining a great group of women who are supporting each other and learning how to improve their health. We are a caring, positive group making lifestyle changes and having lots of fun together in the process. We are increasing our health awareness, learning and supporting each other, making new friends, with lots of fun and laughs in the process. We meet every Wednesday in Cottonwood Country Club Room A-7. Optional weigh-in is from 9:15 to 9:30 a.m. Meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Cost: One-time fee of $5.00 to sign up. Bring a notebook.
