Get ready! Our annual Golf for Life cancer tournament will be held at Palo Verde on November 18. In the past we have been extremely successful raising an excessive amount of monies donated to the U of A cancer center. Let us again work effortlessly this year to bring about the most successful fund raiser ever! Many of our friends, family and others are now fighting for their lives and are determined to defeat this dreaded disease. Each and every day we again hear of someone discovering the presence of cancer; it is frightening and debilitating; we all fear it and never know if we will be the next victims. Let us follow our caring hearts and delve deeply into our generous pockets with the purpose of donating to the Cure for Cancer golf tournament. Cottonwood ladies will join us this year along with the Palo Verde Men’s Club and their guests. Specific information and ways you may donate and participate are posted in the Palo Verde ladies lounge and men’s lounge and Cottonwood ladies lounge. We ask for your cooperation and generosity. See you on November 18. If you have any questions call Carolyn Tagatz (our chair) at 895-0852.
