We are setting aside the first Wednesday of the month from 1:00-2:00 p.m. to informally meet and share.
The next meeting is on Wednesday, November 2. For the November meeting Shelley will share oils recommended for seasonal allergies. You will have a chance to make your own mixture in a roll-on vial using these oils. This makes it easier to put on your body because you don’t have to open several bottles and remember which ones to use. Shelley will bring the oils and the materials. The cost of the materials is $15.
She will also bring the selection of oils to make nice smelling calming oil. You can make both. This is also $15.
Essential oils have been used in ancient Egypt, Greece and China and other cultures to alleviate pain and promote healing. There will be a selection of oils and other products to sample and/or purchase at cost.
Anyone can come. Bring your oils and questions.
