Michele Michaels will talk about the programs and services offered by the state agency for hearing loss. As the hard of hearing specialist for the state of Arizona, she provides outreach, education, training, information, and resources regarding the hard of hearing community. Ms. Michaels will address your questions and concerns. It will be an afternoon full of valuable information for all of us.
