Do you have or are you aware of Spatial Awareness? This is when a player knows where they are on the court in relation to where the ball is, as well as where their opponent is on the court. They track the ball better and, therefore, hit a better-quality shot targeted for zones where the opponent is not on the court to win points easier. There are two key components to having Spatial Awareness: 1) Footwork to get you in in perfect distance (PD), just as the touring pros display, and 2) Court Awareness during play—knowing where to be after hitting and knowing how to outplay your opponents, no matter what their level and style of play is.
