On October 7, Denise Fleshner, Judy Thompson and Rachel Enloe worked the IronOaks Activities Open House, spreading the word about our wonderful Ironwood Lady Niners Golf League to recruit new members. They described our Nine-Hole League and the annual events we host and answered questions from interested and/or potential members. Our league promotes self-improvement, fun and good sportsmanship. We play on Wednesday, with an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start, alternating from the front and back nines on our great Ironwood Golf Course. Important Meetings: Our next board meeting will be on Wednesday, November 1, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ironwood Clubhouse. Our next general meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 8, at 10:00 a.m., also at the Ironwood Clubhouse. It is very important that members attend, because we will be discussing our 2018 Executive Board and our 2018 membership renewals.

Giving Thanks: With Thanksgiving fast approaching, we want to take time to give thanks for our great Lady Niner League and the wonderful friendships we have developed. The executive board, our standing committees and many other members put in countless hours to make our organization so successful and so much fun. We also thank Eddy Renio, Kevin Marugame, Ray Paiva and the Ironwood Pro Shop staff for their professionalism and generosity in providing our ladies with a wonderful golf experience throughout the year. They make golf great in IronOaks.
