The induction of officers and persons of the year luncheon for members and guests of the Copperstate Post 619 Jewish War Veterans of Sun Lakes will take place at 11:30 a.m. on March 15 at the Oakwood Country Club. The persons of the year are Aaron Dolin and Art Scharf. Marshall Trimble, Arizona State Historian and humorist will be the guest speaker. Marshall is a marine and a member of the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame. The menu is house salad, sliced brisket of beef or chicken Chasseur, potatoes and other vegetables and a vegetarian option if requested. Cost is $22.50 for members and patrons and $25 for guests.
