Join the Chordaires Show Chorus for Some Crooning and Swooning!

Gretchen Ohlgart

To find a great place for some toe tapping and head bobbing, look no further than the Chordaires Show Chorus spring spectacular. Now in our 42nd year, the Chordaires are preparing our vocal instruments, memorizing our music, and limbering up for some smooth moves in our show “A Salute to the Music Men.” We will be celebrating with you the male composers and singers who created and entertained in the musical genres of country, swing, showtunes, Top 40, and more from the early to late 20th century. I’m not going to give away any of their names, but one of them flies his grand old flag, another celebrated his 90th birthday in 2023, and another wrote 17 complete scores for Broadway musicals and revues, and that’s only three of our songs that will make you smile in delight. We also have some very special surprise guests joining us on stage.

The Chordaires show will be performed on Saturday, April 6, at 2 p.m. in the San Tan Ballroom of Cottonwood Country Club. Tickets go on sale Feb. 1 and are $18 each. To purchase tickets, go to our website chordaires.org for online sales, and watch our website for in-person ticket sales information. You may also purchase tickets from any Chordaires member.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!
