Homeowners in Cottonwood Palo Verde are hearing a voice in their heads, “It’s a New Year and I need a new beginning; I need to exercise.” They are taking the pledge and joining the walking revolution.

Regular walking helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression as well as boosts self-esteem and improves sleep; 30 minutes a day spent walking can lead to benefits like reduced body fat, lowered bad cholesterol and blood pressure, increased energy and reduced the risk for chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
