Linda Heavin
Janet Wallace is teaching line dancing on Mondays in the dance studio at the Cottonwood Country Club. New beginner class starts at 11 a.m. where you will not only learn steps, but also a few basic dances. At noon, beginner class will be held, followed by improver/low intermediate class at 1 p.m. The price is $6 per day, whether you dance only one hour or stay for all three hours. If you have always wanted to line dance but never knew how to start, this is for you. For those of you who know line dancing, you can dance to your favorites and learn many new dances.
Also, Janet will once again be presenting her Desert Dance 2020 Workshops on Jan. 10, 11, and 12. Choreographers teaching and entertaining include internationally-recognized Darren Bailey, Amy Glass Bailey, Niels Poulsen, Scott Blevins, Jonno Liberman, and Bracken Ellis. This is an impressive group and a wonderful opportunity to learn from the best. Contact Janet via email at [email protected] or Linda Heavin at [email protected] for details.
And coming in late February, Julia Wetzel will be conducting a full day workshop. Julia has choreographed popular beginner, improver. and intermediate dances.
So, join the fun and “Come Dance with Me.”
