Lions Club Donates Check to Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse

Lions Club President Larry Palmer presents a check to Commander Craig Lloyd of the Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse.

The Sun Lakes Lions Club (Evening) presented the Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse with a $500 check for medical equipment for the Sun Lakes Posse Medical Equipment Loaner Program. The Posse loans medical equipment to residents of Sun Lakes free of charge for three months.

President Larry Palmer presented the check to Commander Craig Lloyd at the club’s June meeting. The Evening Lions Club focuses on Vision, Diabetes, Youth, Environment, Hearing, Hunger, Childhood Cancer, and Disaster Relief.

The Sheriff’s Posse wants to thank the Lions Club for the donation and is honored to be able to work with Sun Lakes organizations like the Lions Club to help serve the Sun Lakes community. The Sheriff’s Posse is funded 100% by your donations. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
