Following church services on Sunday, May 24, the Sun Lakes United Methodist Church will again host a brief flag-lowering ceremony at 10 a.m.at the Veterans Circle of Honor Monument in front of the church. This moving ceremony will honor more than one million men and women who died in all branches of our Nation’s armed forces. The monument is handicap accessible, but with limited seating. All are welcome for this special tribute to our Nation’s veterans.
