Welcome to our new board members!
I am honored to take the helm as the next board president of IronOaks. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of serving on our board of directors, and before that, as chair of the finance committee. When I’m not working on behalf of our homeowners, you can find me on the walking paths with our Giant Schnauzer Koda, or out on the golf course a couple of times a week. Thanks to my wife, Sharma, for her patience as I take on this responsibility.
We are also pleased to welcome our newest Board members:
Tina Groves: Recently elected to a three-year term after serving the past 10 months on the board, Tina will serve as our new board secretary.
Sarah Marks: Sarah joins as director at large for a three–year term, bringing valuable experience from her time on the elections committee.
Bob Miller: Bob joins as director at large for a two–year term after six years of dedicated service on the amenities committee.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to our immediate past president, Pat Horning, for his leadership over the past 18 months. Having immediately seen what this role did to my free time, I’m sure Pat is now enjoying his extra time.
Moving Forward
The board remains committed to strong financial stewardship, protecting our assets, and continuing to enhance the amenities that make IronOaks such a special place to live. We are fortunate to have our operations on solid footing, and we will continue working closely with our management team to thoughtfully plan for both current needs and future priorities.
You can also expect continued improvements to our operating systems, including the recent implementation of the CINC HOA platform. This marks the first phase of a broader initiative to modernize our accounting, membership, point–of–sale, scheduling, work order, and website systems. These enhancements will create greater efficiencies while improving homeowners’ ability to manage their accounts and engage with the community online.
