Hello Everyone! Please join me in welcoming Steve Nolan back to our community as our interim general manager. Steve has over 16 years’ experience in this role and will be a great help to our Association as we transition to a new general manager. He will care for the day-to-day operations throughout the complex and will be available to assist staff and homeowners alike. Thank you, Steve, for coming out of retirement!
The board has engaged a highly respected recruiter who specializes in HOAs. She has begun a nationwide search for a new GM on our behalf. We will keep the community apprised of our progress on a regular basis.
Our standing committees and task forces are all meeting this month, and you are encouraged to attend as many of these meetings as you can. Detailed times and places are published weekly in The Flyer and In The Know and are listed on our web page.
As a reminder, the board has two open meetings each month, and you, as homeowners, are welcome to attend. The first is the agenda planning meeting typically held on the third Tuesday of every month. And the second is the monthly board meeting, which is held on the last Wednesday of the month. Please join us and stay informed about your Homeowners Association.
