Hello everyone and welcome to March! Spring is here with the Spring Equinox coming up soon, Spring Training is in full swing, spring weather is the best of the best, and our residents are enjoying all the amenities of our wonderful community.
Our annual Board Elections are taking place, with the final day of voting on March 11. We moved to an electronic voting system in 2022 and will be using this method again this year. If you need assistance in any way, please drop in at the Administration office, and our team will be more than happy to help you. Voting in person will take place on March 9, 10, and 11 between 2 and 4 p.m. at the Administration building. Results will be announced on March 12. The new board of directors will be presented on March 25 at the annual board meeting at 4 p.m. in the San Tan Ballroom. Please participate in this most important activity.
We are pleased to report that work on the new Cottonwood pool continues on time and on budget. It is exciting to see the progress from week to week! Please see updates in our publications The Flyer and In The Know. Also, there is a new artist’s rendering of the project in the Administration building lobby.
