Hello and best wishes for a happy holiday season from your board of directors and the management team at Cottonwood Palo Verde. This is a wonderful time of year when we gather with friends and family to celebrate the good life we are privileged to enjoy here in Sun Lakes.

There are a myriad of activities planned for the season, and we encourage you to enjoy as many as you are able. A great event for the entire family is the annual Christmas Golf Cart Parade on Dec. 1. We have three TAD concerts scheduled in December: Barbra and Frank on Dec. 5, ABBA Holly Jolly Christmas on Dec. 12, and So This Is Christmas on Dec. 19. The Winter Wonderland Gala for the Greater Sun Lakes Community Foundation will be held on Dec. 3. This is one of the premiere events in our community and is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Foundation. On top of all these events are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day (for our friends from Canada), and preparation for the new year! It’s a busy time, but we encourage you to enjoy every day and be safe as you celebrate. Our best to you and yours!
