Hello everyone and welcome to March. Spring has arrived, with the spring equinox coming up soon, Spring Training is in full swing, spring weather is the best of the best, and our residents are enjoying all the amenities of our wonderful community. There are three TAD concerts scheduled; Cottonwood Bar & Grill has their weekly breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials; and Palo Verde has their weekly traditions, including Thursday Night Prime Rib, Cocktail Corner on Friday, Personal Pizzas on Saturday, and special musical events throughout the month.

Our annual board elections are taking place, with the final day of voting on March 20. We moved to an electronic voting system in 2022 and will be using this method going forward. If you need assistance in this regard, please stop by the Administrative offices, and our team will be more than happy to help you. Mailed ballots must be received by Vote-Now no later than March 20. Voting in person will take place on March 20 between 4 and 5 p.m. at the Administration office, and results will be announced on March 21. The new board of directors will be announced on March 27 at 4 p.m. at the annual meeting in the San Tan Ballroom. Please participate in this most important activity. Thank you all!
