There are two Blue-rated ladies who achieved good success in their group but wanted to challenge themselves. So they went through the rating process to advance to the Green level, and they moved up to the Green level. They were then sponsored by Toni Reider to register for the Green Spring League.

Tammy Knight and Carol Trentadue did well with their new adventure, but Carol wanted to make an impact by showing off her service skills, and she did on both ends of the spectrum. She took home the Tiara Crown on her head for most aces served during the season, but she forgot that the service area is limited to certain areas of the court after the ball is served over the net. Having forgotten that part of the service game, Carol then secured another award: the Toilet Brush to clean up her act by serving the most double faults instead of aces. Great season, Carol. Next year, remember to work on your groundstrokes and volleys also.
