Play is under way for the Sisk Park Bocce Club’s 2019-2020 season, and players now have an easier way to keep score.

The old ring-and-pipe system has been replaced by new scoreboards, allowing players to move markers from one score to another as play proceeds. Players also are enjoying new sunshades on the south end of the courts, an upgrade from the torn shades previously located there.

The fall season will run through Jan. 12, 2020, to be followed by a potluck and awards party  on Jan. 19. There, players can register for the second session beginning on Jan. 26. Players can also sign up for the Sisk Park tournament, scheduled for Feb. 7.

Also on the February schedule is the tournament against the Oasis Park Club on the 23rd. The annual Low Hanging Fruit Tournament closes out tournament play on March 26.
