A Special Membership Meeting was held Monday, February 27, at 9:00 a.m. regarding the Change of Use Voting. Homeowners cast their ballots at that time. Voting closed at 10:00 a.m., and the ballots were counted.
This Board has had numerous discussions concerning the financial processes of our Association. We have and will continue to look for and implement the ways and means to accomplish this goal. We are also taking additional measures to have professional input to assure our upcoming audit and current financials are produced in a timely manner.
The Master Planning Committee is on the agenda and will provide an update and status report.
Last Wednesday at the Board Workshop, the concepts and overview for the future of Poolside as an Activity Center for IronOaks was discussed, and homeowners were asked to comment. A number of homeowners attended and provided input on the concepts currently under discussion. Trish and Brian are working on the plans which are still in the development stage. A presentation to the community will be made when the plans and concepts are finalized.
An overall plan for reviewing and plans to address the parking issues in IronOaks are still a top priority. I will ask the Board to form an Ad Hoc Committee to address this issue and prepare a report to include recommendations for action plans.
