Oakwood Artists League (OAL) is a club for artists who like to paint, want to learn new techniques, and enjoy interaction with members of the club. Our meetings are held in the Painting Room in Oakwood. Although the Painting Room is available for club members from 9 a.m. on Friday mornings, you can usually find OAL artists in the room from 1 to 3 p.m. or later. The dues are $10 for a new member. We paint in watercolor, acrylics, and water-soluble oils. We have a projector, which we use to get on the web to view painting lessons and learn interesting new techniques.
