Now it’s easier than ever to register for the Sun Lakes Bocce Ball Club’s 2021-22 season. Just turn on your computer, iPad, or smartphone, and call up the club’s new website sunlakesbocceclub.com.

Members and others interested in joining are encouraged to use the new online system. If you have questions or need help registering, contact Colleen Linko at 630-309-3832.

Please join us at the club’s annual Wine and Cheese Party on Oct. 24 at Sisk Park. There we will introduce the many changes/enhancements and answer any questions, including the new online registration system. Also, elections will be held for new board members.

The club will play two sessions: Oct. 31 to Jan. 2 and Jan. 16 to March 20. A $25 annual fee for a two-member team provides for both sessions of play and two Pot Luck/Awards Parties. If desired, teams can opt to play only one of the two sessions. Please note that IronOaks homeowners are also required to purchase a recreation card at the Cottonwood Palo Verde Administration Office.

Registration closes on Oct. 24. Within a week, the primary contact of each team will receive information regarding their assigned division, along with the names and contact information for the other teams in their division. Each division generally assigns seven or eight teams. There is no set time for games. Teams contact one another to schedule a game. This allows games to be played at the team’s convenience.
