The P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) Founders Day Lunch was held on Jan. 24, with 153 attendees. Guests enjoyed a southwest chopped salad followed by churros with caramel sauce. The program featured the video The Story of our Founding Sisters.
A 2012 STAR Scholarship recipient served as the keynote speaker, sharing her academic and personal journey, including her work supporting young women who may face unwanted attention or potential abduction. Her thoughtful and compelling message resonated strongly with attendees.
The event concluded at 1:30 p.m. with raffle drawings, themed décor, and meaningful time for member connection.
