Patsy Lawless ended the year with a bang, or “hole-in-one” as it’s called in golf. Her first hole-in-one, on hole number 12, was on Dec. 23, 2025. She celebrated with the afternoon golf players and bought drinks for all who joined her. Her $5 paid back $100 for the accurate shot. Maybe it was luck. Congratulations!
The PVLGA has many things to look forward to in 2026. We will have the Cotton Verde Golf Tournament, which is played on nine holes on each course. It is always fun to play with our friends from Cottonwood. The Presidents Cup is on Feb. 10 and 17. It is a net tournament. The Club Championship is on March 17 and 24. In the meantime, get out and have fun playing!
