The Palo Verde Men’s Golf Association played their way to the end of the 2024-25 season by teaming up with the Cottonwood Men’s Club for a fun Beat the Pros event at Cottonwood on Oct. 11. When the course reopens after overseeding, the combined men’s clubs will again attempt to beat the pros at Palo Verde on Nov. 1.
September play included a couple of Ace of Aces qualifying events, a Stableford scoring, and Best Ball events.
