The Sun Lakes Republican Club will feature nationally renowned speaker Shane Krauser presenting on “How to Advocate Freedom and Win Every Time” at its monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room of the Sun Lakes Country Club, at 25601 S. Sun Lakes Blvd., in Sun Lakes. The public is invited. Our mission is “education for an informed electorate.”

The presentation is engaging and is designed to help us understand the principles of freedom, as well as learning how to connect at a high level with friends, family, and coworkers at the water cooler, or even with someone at the grocery store. Politics is typically divisive in our current environment. The art of freedom advocacy is learning how to bridge that gap and agree on common ground. A recent attendee of Krauser’s presentation stated, “I don’t believe there is anyone who teaches these concepts in a more empowering, commonsensical way than Shane. Your perspective of America and limited government will drastically shift after hearing him speak.”

Shane Krauser has been recognized as one of the most dynamic speakers and educators on liberty and the U.S. Constitution. He has been called by many “the best instructor of freedom and the U.S. Constitution in the country,” and he has testified before the U.S. Congress. Shane has traveled internationally, teaching others how to effectively advocate for small, streamlined government and the essential ingredients of a free society at over 2,000 speaking engagements around the world, including Mexico, Peru, and Canada.

He taught Constitutional Law for over 15 years at two Arizona colleges and has spoken to thousands of high school, college, and university students. Krauser also taught at the Phoenix and Glendale police academies for more than 10 years. Shane worked as a trial attorney for 14 years, serving both as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. He was a radio talk show host for three years and toured and shared the stage with Glenn Beck for 18 months. Shane recently announced his candidacy for mayor of Gilbert, Ariz. He and his amazing wife have six children.
