Meet Engaging Speakers
Dr. Honora Norton, RCSL Public Image Director
Come join the Rotary Club of Sun Lakes (RCSL) to meet fascinating and engaging speakers and participate in rewarding community service projects. The Rotary Club of Sun Lakes (chartered April 22, 1986) is a leadership organization made up of men and women from local businesses, professional, education, civic, and emerging leaders. RCSL members meet regularly, get to know each other, form friendships, and get things done in our Greater Sun Lakes community and well beyond. Visit and join the group and share our passion for community service and friendship.
The club meets in the Sun Lakes Saguaro Room at Sun Lakes Cottonwood Country Club, 25630 S. Brentwood Drive, on the first, third, and fifth Tuesdays at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast, with the meeting program from 7 to 8 a.m., and on the second and fourth Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. for a light supper and the meeting program from 5 to 6 p.m.
A recent example of a fascinating and engaging program was the RCSL’s own Gary Kay, a U.S. Army veteran, who shared his experiences while serving as an E6 Quality Control Inspector who was required to go on test flights during the Vietnam War.
The club has planned several service projects that support veterans. See www.sunlakesrotary.com. RCSL’s annual Sun Lakes Electronics Recycle Day is scheduled for Oct. 25, 2025; its 32nd Annual Golf Tournament at Oakwood Country Club is scheduled for March 8, 2026; and its 40th Anniversary Dinner Gala is scheduled for April 21, 2026.
Come join the fun! Contact Ed Anderson, RCSL president, at 480-385-9266 for more information.
