On Sunday afternoon, Nov. 8, Scandinavian friends and folks are invited to come to the Fall Smorgasbord/Picnic. Come and get acquainted! The picnic will be held at Oasis Park in Sun Lakes One from 1 to 4 p.m. The park is west of the clubhouse on East Sun Lakes Blvd.
It’s a potluck! The Scandinavian Club will furnish serving utensils, water, and dessert. Bring a dish for eight people. Scandinavian dishes are welcome. “Kaldomar” and “Kottbullar” are always favorites. Come hungry!
There will be opportunities to visit and share your “connections” with Scandinavia that will provide entertaining facts and links.
