Even if you think you can’t dance, once you get started you will let go and dance like no one is watching. Are you bored with your regular cardio program? Well, try this class. Great music, fun people and a total body workout unlike any other. You will quickly find your stress level is reduced and your energy is increased; not to mention weight loss, muscle toning and a feeling of accomplishment.
In my class the fun comes first, the physical benefits follow. The calorie burning is not a chore, unlike traditional cardio classes. The full body movements engage all the muscle groups and suddenly you will look more toned and shapelier. The classes are upbeat and low impact. Often when the cool down comes, the reaction in class is, “already?”
I have two classes in Cottonwood and two classes in Sun Lakes Country Club. The room in SLCC is much bigger and it has a great sound system. On Thursday in Cottonwood I have added an extra one-half hour at the end of class for just stretching. Nice to have that extra stretching time, aahhh. Bring a mat for Thursday’s class.
I want to thank all the wonderful people who come to my classes. After teaching fitness for so many years, I have learned it is all about who is in the room. Each workout is different depending on the energy and enthusiasm from the members in the group. Just seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces makes me so happy. You girls rock! I love teaching every one of you. Thank you for dancing with me!
