As our year reaches its half-way point, Shalom Hadassah is as busy as ever. On March 20, we will have lunch at Mimi’s Cafe located near the Chandler Fashion Mall, 2800 W Chandler Blvd. in Chandler. This is strictly a social event…get to know your fellow members, make new friends and learn what else is going on in our chapter. We will meet at 11:30 a.m. and everyone will be able to order what they want off Mimi’s menu, as we will have individual checks. An envelope will be passed around so you can make a donation to Hadassah, if you chose. A donation of $3.00 is suggested. Everyone is welcome; you do not have to be a member of Shalom Hadassah to attend. Please contact Marsha Levine at 480-802-8911 to RSVP. We need to know how many people will be attending to ensure enough seats.

You won’t want to miss next month’s program. On April 17, we will have a Challah Making demonstration at Kathy McKimmy’s home, 11111 E. Chestnut Court in Palo Verde. Space will be limited, so a prompt RSVP is a must. Our end of the year luncheon will be held on May 8 at Sonny’s Restaurant, located at the corner of Alma School and Chandler Blvd. Save the date & look for more information in next month’s article.
