Join the Sun Lakes Chorale at their annual Holiday Concert held at the Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, 9248 E. Riggs Road (next to the Sun Lakes Library) on Thursday evening, December 7.

Tickets cost only $10, and there is still time to make your purchase. Call Caroline Ellis at 480-883-6997 regarding ticket availability. If your group is large and your arrival time close to the 7:00 p.m. concert time, you are advised to purchase the tickets in advance. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and this event generally attracts a large audience.

The evening’s program features a 75-member blend of male and female voices and will include soloists, special percussion accents, piano and organ accompaniment, along with, admit it – you’ve been waiting for this — a little singalong time.

Familiar melodies will include “Grown Up Christmas List,” several John Rutter arrangements, including “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” another concert favorite, “We Are Lights” and the tranquil “Still, Still, Still.” Listen for unique harmonies and intriguing rhythms; enjoy the musical variety. Share the enthusiasm of this group of dedicated performers who truly enjoy performing for their audience.

Join the Chorale for an evening of memories and holiday images. Consider this program a musical gift which involves no airports, gift-wrapping or culinary efforts, yet can be shared, taken home and easily enjoyed for the rest of the season. Happy Holidays to all!
