The Sisk Park Bocce Ball League will begin its first session on Sunday, November 2 and registration will take place in October at any of three scheduled events. The first opportunity to register will take place at the Activities Open House held at Cottonwood on Saturday, October 11 from 9:00 a.m.-noon. The second opportunity will be at the Oakwood Open House on Saturday, October 25 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. League members will be available at both events for questions about the league and the game, and to register new and returning members.

The last opportunity for registration for the first session is at the Wine and Cheese Party on Sunday, October 26 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Sisk Park. Members will be there for demonstrations of the game. Copies of the rules and regulations will also be available.

Registration may also be done by mailing a check to Beth Derheim, 24649 S. Augusta Ct., Sun Lakes. Please include with your check the names of the team members, their addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. For any questions please call Beth at 480-883-3448 or Terry Sporleder at 480-802-1288. Checks must be in no later than October 26 for the first session.

The fee is $10 per person and the league is open to all Sun Lakes residents. Residents who do not live directly in Cottonwood or Palo Verde must purchase a facilities-use sticker at the Resource Center in Cottonwood. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

Remember, the last day of registration for the first session is October 26, whether it is in person or by mail.
