First things first! As promised, here are the winners of the February bocce tournaments. The first tournament was hosted by the Sun Lakes Country Club Bocce Club at their Oasis courts. Our Sisk Park Bocce Club team took second place. Congratulations to Gary Boss, Doc Heckler, Tony Racano and Terry Sporleder for matches well played. And special thanks to the Sun Lakes Country Club Bocce Club for a wonderfully hosted day!
On February 22 the Sisk Park Bocce Club had its second annual Sisk Park Bocce Club Tournament with 32 members participating. It was a beautiful day with a nice crowd observing the games and with a light lunch for all. The winners are: 1st Doc Heckler, Le Knecht, Tony Racano and Nancy Vanderslice, 2nd Linda Caulkins, Fritz Derheim, Pam Hansen and Roy Parfitt. Congratulations to all for a great day!
