The United Church of Christ’s choir director Erica Glenn would like to extend a warm invitation to all members of the Sun Lakes community to join the SLUCC Choir, regardless of church affiliation. Interested in observing and possibly joining? Email Ms. Glenn at [email protected] or drop by the Chapel Center any Monday at 1:00 p.m. Participation is free, and all are welcome! (Sopranos are especially needed this year.)

Rehearsals take place each Monday from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel Center (9230 E. Sun Lakes Blvd.), and Sunday services begin at 11:15 a.m. with a brief rehearsal at 10:30 a.m. The choir’s first rehearsal of the season took place on Monday, September 3.

Ms. Glenn is a doctoral candidate in Choral Conducting at Arizona State University and has taught music in New York City, Boston and beyond. She is the current conductor of the ASU Women’s Chorus, and from 2014-17, she conducted the six award-winning choirs at the American International School of Utah. Ms. Glenn is thrilled to be making music now with all of you in the  Sun Lakes community!
