In those early days, Darwin’s first lead technician, Jayson Harrison, would arrive each morning and walk straight through the Tarwater family kitchen to reach the basement office, often while Darwin’s parents were still making breakfast after finishing their own early morning work. It was humble, a little unconventional, and entirely genuine. Jayson eventually became a partner in 2015, and that same close-knit spirit still defines how the company operates today.
