The St. Steven’s St. Vincent de Paul Conference serves neighbors in need within the parish boundaries of Price Road, Hunt Highway, Arizona Avenue, and Ocotillo Road. Our Conference focuses on providing material relief, as well as financial and spiritual support, to the poor and vulnerable. In addition to emergency services, we work to provide supportive services leading to systemic change for our neighbors in need.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul serves those in need, regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions.
Our Helpline is actively monitored, responding to voice messages and emails received within 24 hours.
St. Steven’s Conference Vincentians volunteer as kitchen crew at our main campus in Phoenix and the Mesa Dining Room. We have supplied St. Peter’s Mission with school supplies and contributed funds to the St. Vincent de Paul Water Truck to provide bottled water to the homeless encampments within Maricopa County. This fall we will support our main campus with food, winter clothing, and Adopt-A-Family programs. Since we have been active at St. Steven’s Roman Catholic Church, we have helped several neighbors in need to stay in their homes within our boundaries and, outside our boundaries, assisted other parishes in Maricopa County.
