Stress! We all have some in our life. Illness, health issues, and loneness add stress to our lives. What about the stress we feel over the approaching holidays? Sometimes, it’s the smaller things in life that give us stress. We have all experienced stress at some time in our life and will again. So, let’s learn how to deal with the stress in our lives. Donna May is coming to Women’s Connection with her “Stress Busters” presentation. This gifted encourager will energize the room with her uplifting presentation filled with down to earth humor. She will offer creative suggestions for reducing the stress in our lives. Donna grew up on a dairy farm in Oregon. She is the author of three books and a toastmaster contest winner. In addition to her writing, Donna has been a hairdresser for 46 years. Her favorite hobby is gardening.

Acadia Caupp will be the featured soloist. She is a high school senior who has been studying voice for several years. Miss Caupp has participated in local and national vocal competitions along with being a member of choral groups. She also pays clarinet and piano. She currently is Rehearsal Assistant with the Chandler Children’s Choir. Acadia aspires to completing a degree program to become a Music Therapist.
