It may be summertime, a time for relaxation in most places and for heat here in Arizona. But, having said that, your Sisterhood is hard at work planning your summer activities. Please mark your calendars accordingly and plan to attend.

On Thursday, July 24, we will meet at Cheddar’s at noon for lunch. Cheddar’s is a new restaurant at 2530 W. Chandler Blvd in Chandler.

On Thursday, August 28, we will meet at Nando’s Mexican Cafe at noon. Nando’s is located in the shopping center at Dobson and Germann Roads.

There will be nothing in September as we will be busy with the High Holy Days.

On Sunday, October 19 we will have our annual “Paid-Up Membership Potluck” lunch at the home of Margo Philbrick. Time, address and directions will be forthcoming.

On Sunday, November 16 we will meet at 5:30 p.m. for our “Bring-Someone-Special” dinner at the Organ Stop Pizza Restaurant in Mesa. Come alone or find your favorite special person (or people) and bring them here for dinner.

Our Co-Presidents Linda Brooks and Margo Philbrick will be happy to answer any questions you may have about any of these activities. Be sure to look up their numbers in the GM list of officers.

Have a wonderful summer and try to stay cool!
