Well… another season has gone by, and time went by a little faster. Not much we can do to slow it down, but we definitely made eight Sunday evenings more enjoyable. We look forward to seeing all the members returning for next season as well as the many new members who will be joining us over the summer. Here is information about the next season:

Dance Schedule: (2018) September 23, October 21, November 18, December 16, and (2019) January 20, February 17, March 24, April 14. Call 480-699-7334 or visit our website, www.sunlakes-sundaydanceclub.com, for more details. Location: Cottonwood San Tan Ballroom. Don’t forget to pay early and save between $10 and $90.

Next season’s bands and orchestras will continue to play for our dancing pleasures of waltz, foxtrot, swing, rumba, cha cha, samba, tango, line dance, nightclub, country 2-step. We will continue to focus primarily on “couples ballroom dances,” but we also play some country and line so that everyone can enjoy their favorites.

We wish a happy and safe summer to everyone, whether returning to their summer residence or taking that long-awaited cruise(s) and/or vacation. Permit me to quote you one of my favorites: “May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, the rain fall soft upon your fields … until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
