The Sun Lakes Democratic Club will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Navajo Room in the Sun Lakes Country Club, located at 25601 E. Sun Lakes Blvd. N. Social is at 6:30 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7 p.m. The speakers will be as follows:

Tamika Wooten, Democratic Candidate for Maricopa County Attorney. Attorney Tamika Wooten has proudly devoted the last 25 years protecting children and families of Maricopa County. As a practicing attorney for 29 years, Tamika has served in all three areas of the Maricopa County justice department: as a defense attorney, a prosecutor, and a judge.

Christine Ellis, a candidate for Chandler City Council. Ms. Ellis is running to fill one of the three open seats on the Chandler City Council in 2020. Ms. Ellis is a 30-year resident of Chandler, a trained caregiver, and a business woman. She is running to contribute to the continued success of Chandler.

Jennifer Pawlik, our LD 17 AZ House Representative. Rep. Pawlik will provide a legislative update, as well as an update on her re-election campaign.
