On Feb. 23, 150 women gathered at Oakwood Country Club to enjoy a fun-filled day at Games Galore. This annual charity event raises money for local nonprofit organizations. Thank you to all of the donors of gift baskets, baked goods, and gift cards.
The next meeting of the Sun Lakes Jewish Congregation Sisterhood will take place on Thursday, April 16, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel House. We will be showing the movie iMordecai, which is based on a true story. Judd Hirsch portrays Mordecai, a Holocaust survivor who is given a new iPhone. A series of unexpected events upends his world in this heartwarming, Miami-set comedy. The movie runs for one and a half hours. The SLJC Men’s Club is invited to attend.
