The Sun Lakes Lady Niners will officially begin their league play on Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. For those returning members, make sure to renew your membership with AGA and submit your $10 to our league treasurer, Celeste.

There will also be a shotgun start for our league on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 9 a.m. This will be for any current member but will not count as a league game. Come out and get some practice in before the league officially begins.

We were very sad to hear that our past member Sheila Barton has passed away. She was a lovely lady who always did a great job submitting our articles to the Splash. She is greatly missed, and our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

The Sun Lakes Lady Niners is a fun group of ladies of all golfing abilities and ages. We play a different game each week, usually based on handicap, so it gives everyone a chance to win. If you are a new golfer, come join the league. It’s a great way to learn the game of golf, the golf rules, and a way to establish a handicap so you can play on playdays where a handicap is required. Lady Niners is a great group of ladies who always provide a lot of encouragement, no matter what kind of day or game you’re having.
