Sun Lakes Lady Niners News

Golf is an outdoor, recreational game that likely originated in 15th century Scotland.

Golf is most popular in Ireland and Scotland, but the United States follows suit, especially among the presidents. Did you know that golf was the first sport played on the moon by a man? Whether it’s the intrinsic beauty of a well-manicured golf course in the morning or the ringing feeling that runs through your hands when you’ve struck the perfect golf shot, there’s something about the game that brings us back for more, and can turn even the most adverse soul into a weekly, or sometimes daily, player.
