As we enter this summer season, we will miss those fortunate enough to be able to spend time in cooler climates of the country.

Our services will continue each Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. in the Sun Lakes Chapel, with a fellowship time following in the Chapel Center. It is a great opportunity to worship early, then have the balance of the day for other activities.

Recently we celebrated bringing 18 into membership at Sun Lakes Lutheran. The Phoebe Circle had a year-end luncheon for all the ladies of the congregation at the Cottonwood Grill. The first Good Friday service was well attended. Easter Sunday was a day of celebration in a beautifully decorated chapel with special music and the highest attendance for a service to date. On Mother’s Day, all mothers were given roses to honor them. Veterans were honored with gifts also for Memorial Day.

Plans are being made for several activities this summer. Please contact Pastor Dale Hallberg at 480-628-9449; Marty Garrison at 480-835-7766; or Tia Meyer at 480-802-7953 for further information or if you have questions.
