SunBird Lions are grateful to the members and volunteers who came together to prepare flags that go up at homes and businesses for all national holidays.

You can become a part of the Flag Program for a donation of $40 a year. What better way to honor our country and the freedom we have and to support the SunBird Lions Club?

The flags are displayed wherever you choose to place them. SunBird Lions members and volunteers do the rest. Please join the more than 650 others who proudly display their flags.

Applications are available in the SunBird lobby. You can also contact Lion Carol Zittel, Flag Program coordinator, at 480-883-0958, or make out a check to SunBird Lions Flag Program and leave it in the SunBird office with your information. You can also give the information and check to any Lions Club member.

The flags make great gifts to your neighbors for birthdays or anniversaries or as a welcoming gift to a new resident.
