JWV Thanks Its 55 Volunteers, Fry’s, and the East Valley Community Who Raised $15,600 to Support Veterans

JWV/MANA House BBQ

Nineteen volunteers recently attended the annual Jewish War Veterans (JWV) Post 619 BBQ for MANA (Marine, Army, Navy, Air Force) House Catholic Charities, a peer-run organization that helps veterans experiencing homelessness find permanent housing. Visiting with the vets and letting them know their service is valued is the most important part of this outing.

JWV Honors Two of Its Members

Jewish War Veterans Copper State Post 619 members honored World War II veterans, 101-year-old Bob Stone and 98-year-old Bernie Domsky, at its 30th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon.
