Kim Kubsch
HOW does practicing easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong help you stay independent? This gentle, flowing mind/body practice offers several ways to keep you safe and living independently. A few include enhancing balance and minimizing falls/injuries, improving circulation, concentration and focus, increasing energy, reducing stress, promoting relaxation and inner peace, plus improving flexibility and bone strength.
Whether you are doing the practice standing or sitting, each person can modify and adapt the movements to remain in their comfort zone. Tai Chi-QiGong can be practiced almost anywhere on a flat surface and no equipment is required.
