As we are heading into the hotter season of triple-digit temperatures, we now need to alter our playing time to beat the heat by either playing in the early morning or after the sun goes down. We must increase our water intake on and off the court. A larger water container is the best way to ensure enough water is available during play. Most importantly, listen to your body and give yourself more rest time during court change. You may want to shorten your point playing by coming up toward the net to attack and end the point sooner. Lastly, to help shorten your game duration, you may want to use the no-ad scoring method.
