Texas Hold ‘em Poker

Nancy Patterson

This popular card game can be played with friends, online for free, or in many casinos. You are dealt two private cards and try to make the best hand when your cards are added to five cards on the board. It’s an easy game to learn, but mastery comes over time. There is a strategy. Playing Texas Hold ‘em has many upsides: It provides socialization and mental stimulation and assists with personal discipline and patience.

If you want to learn how to play Texas Hold ‘em the correct, safe way, I will be teaching a class. The class size is limited and at no charge. I’m teaching this class at the request of residents. They know that I have played poker for over 25 years and have been in the World Series of Poker often.

Call me at 480-688-9013 and I’ll sign you up for the class (date and time to be determined).
